Inspired by Tadej. Taken a few days off from the bike, finally managed to fix it. Was also advised by the physio to get clip in shoes, 100% worth it. Less pressure on the knee as well. Feeling great.

Been to physio. Still no running but definitely on the mend so can try and go for a run in a week depending on how I feel. Need to reign back on the cycling. 4 rides a week, 4 gyms a week, some swimming in the mix probably. Rest today and tomorrow. Definitely no bike for the next few days seeing as I took the front derailer off and then the gear cable broke and now it won't go back together; and they said I should be an engineer...

Wu, 15x30s ish hill rep (back down recovery), part 1 of the wd. Just when I thought hill reps couldn’t get any worse. Good hard session, quads are absolutely cooked. Knee felt fine on the reps, just a bit ‘congested’ on the wu, how I’d best describe the feeling. Best bit of the hills on a bike is that you can just roll back down to the bottom of the hill, does mean shorter rest however…

Knee rehab S&C plus some stretches. Also did some massaging of ibuleve onto the knee but stopped the watch by this point. Avoided the bike today as wanted a rest day / actually do some revision. I hate pions and kaons.
