First run in 3 weeks. 10 mins light jog wu and drills, 2x5’ at cruise+ pace (2’ walk in between), short cd.

Knee felt a bit sore, not pain but not normal, somewhat down to probably not feeling comfortable on my own two legs having not run for a while. No pain or soreness afterwards.
