Testing out the knee over a longer distance. Felt great, slightly sore but so was my other knee, and wasn't noticeable compared to my other aches and pains caused by being sat indoors all day. 20 days till JWOC, only 6 exams between now and then. Feeling good.

Easy terrain run with JWOC long map (course courtesy of Jammond). Running back and forth through the one little section of the local wood that isn’t head high in brambles, just low heather and bracken, still shouldn’t have worn shorts tho. Knee was sore for the first like 5 minutes but was perfectly fine when going through the terrain. Realised that it wasn’t just my left knee that was sore, but also my right, and both my calves, and generally the rest of my body. Being sat at my desk all day probably isn’t doing wonders for the body…

10 mins jog wu, 2x10 mins at decent effort (1 minute walk in between), Kenyan shuffle home. Building back up to the continuous runs now. Knee sore to begin with on the wu but was fine by the time I started the intervals.
