Quick walk before starting the revision and physio later today. Odd sensation in the knee, no pain, just off, but got better by the end of the walk so just morning stiffness probably, sounding like an old man now.

HH evening street o, so hardly technical orienteering, but still better than reps up and down the old railway bank. Body feeling a bit drained after an exam today and yesterday so only did 30 mins. Good nav, just there for the running with a map, so it did the job.
