Running warm up/down 29:20 [2] 4.0 km (7:20 / km)
warm up and warm down and also the rest between the intervals. i did just a walking break.
the warm down consisted of 3 minutes lying on the ground 300m of jogging and the rest was walking! :P
i was a bit dead ^^
Running intervals 31:09 [5] 9.0 km (3:28 / km)
intervals on the track. everytime i do them i hate them more! :X
did 9 x 1000m with 1' rest between.
the times were:
3:24 3:24 3:25 3:22 3:31 3:29 3:32 3:36 3:26
rich told me to try to do them at 3:20 pace and that was also what i tried. after the 3rd one i wanted to get the times down but it only worked for one interval and i paid for it.
i did the intervals alone and did a maximum strength test for the legs before ... there was also some wind. number 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9 were "against" the wind. meaning i ran 3 straights against the wind and only 2 "with the wind".
