woke up with a sore throat and a hurting cough. so i decided not to run the silvesterlauf in seekirchen. great.

i just cant get the point whats wrong this year. why am i always sick. i start to get really pissed. damnit!

warm up and cool down for the ski orienteering event.
Orienteering race 30:53 [4]8 km (3:52 / km)
austrian relay champs in ski orienteering. it was my first race since 2 years and my 3rd race ever! :) but it was really fun and we came in 3rd! ;)

had some major problems to read the map and to get the map into the "mapholder" so it was always some kind of stop and go. but we are satisfied! :)

when i woke up today the feeling of being sick was gone but i am still not 100% fit. so i will do exactly nothing today.
tomorrow maybe 60 - 90 minutes easy. lets see how i feel!

ran with warti up the henndorfer wald. felt awful right from the beginning. i always had to think about cutting it short but i resisted. and it was a mistake. when i came home i felt really shaky and i crawled into bed immediately. after a lot of tea, some swat and medcine i felt a bit better.

i really do hope i am not getting ill again.

oh yeah! what a day. drove to faistenau and skied from there to the tiefbrunnau and back (19.2k). i wanted to reach about 2 hours so i added the 4.8k "dorfloipe". was real fun. sun was shining without a cloud on the sky.

ran with warti and mani g. got really tired towards the end and my stomach started to make some problems again! :X

the faster part! felt tired and bad right from the beginning. and i also had to go to the toilet while running. i guess it was because of the really great tasting duckchest i ate 3 hours before. it was quite fat. anyway - made it up to 30 minutes. so with the 30 minutes from yesterday i fulfilled the quest to do an hour. more or less ^^

did the half part of the tempo run on the xc skis as i am going to run an ski orienteering race on sunday.

cross country skiing with mani in thalgauberg. we also met franz and luki helminger. so we skiied a bit with them. was funny.

soccer tournament with some old school mates. we got last and I was definite the best man but it didnt help! anyway, this tournament is not about winning its about fun and we really had a lot of it! :)

i was again out for some skiing with the camera the whole day.
and i planned a little run around the golf course in the evening. thats just what i did. i ran a bit faster as it felt easy. nice one.

cooper test. we ran on a snow covered track. it was maybe half a centimeter but already a 100 people ran over it bevor us. so it was hard.
i am not happy with the result and my rip started to hurt again. i will do a mri as soon as possible to find out whats wrong.

but i still cant get the point why i am that slow. i can run 4:30 - 4:40 without a problem and it feels pretty easy. so why am i that slow on the fast stuff. damnit :X

run with warti in the dark. i started at 7:50pm or something like that.
legs felt heavy from skiing the whole day. was really hard work today. harder than the last days!
no skiing tomorrow but quite a lot of other stuff to do! :x

ran down to school way to late to the club training as i couldnt leave work earlier. after the strength training i ran a loop with warti to his place and afterwards back home.

nice run. felt really great and it looks like i am in good shape. also if i almost train nothing at the moment. not easy for the head but the trainer told me he knows ...

was out the whole day for filming slopes for alpine skiing. was tired when i came home afterwards and as i have a rest week now i decided not to run but do the strength training.

longjog with warti up the henndorfer forest. it was no problem on the gravel roads but there were also some parts in knee deep snow. that was tough and took us quite a while. especially uphill...

a really great run with warti up to the stoawandl. when we left the 2nd forest road to the right we had to run in almost knee-deep heavy snow. we didnt manage to run all the way up bust mostly. running downhill was great fun but tough until we hit the big gravel road again.

next time i definetly have to carry along a camera. it was really awesome! :)

ran with mani, kungen, elisa and robi over the snow covered fields. it was snowing all day long! :)

i woke up in the morning after a really nice party with some pain in my throat and with a running nose. felt a bit sick but decided too run cause i thought it might just be the lack of sleep...!

i drove to glanegg and ran up the untersberg until i had enough climb. turn around and ran the same path down. it was really steep and there were a lot of steps to run up. in the higher regions was also quite a lot of snow and i had to walk some passages.

great workout anyway! :)

we ran over the fields of henndorf with a 1:25000 map. or something like that! thanks warti! :) was really funny to run in a group of 5 (kungen, warti, lisa, robi and me)!

headed out alone in a snowstorm :x at least it was snow coming down and no water. but it changed some minutes later. felt awful right from the beginning and also took a little break after 44 minutes. and i really struggled from wartis place up to mine. got shaky knees and such shit. dont know what went wrong today! :x

ran to robis place picked him up and ran down to the camping site where we met warti. we ran with him 17 fastish minutes. afterwards i ran home with robi - brought warti home and finished to my place.
we did 4.22 km in the middle part thats 4:02 per k. quite ok. felt easy.

came home from work at 7 pm and headed out for my longjog at 7.15. i was really tired and felt bad before the run but i felt really good during the run. i got tired on the last 10 minutes but that was really no surprise.

i was out almost the whole last night and only slept 2 hours. of course i had to work the whole day so i was completely dead afterwards. i decided not to run but i did some strength training. static exercises and some push ups!
