warm up and cool down for the orienteering training!

orienteering training. i wanted to run it fast but that was impossible because it was just to difficult for me to navigate. maybe it doesnt look to difficult on the map but it was! and the map is maybe not the best like felix said. anyway... i spent a lot of time searching for the controls. only the last one - D - went pretty well! got really frustrated and angry while running!

i ran with felix to dragvoll to do some strength training!

strength with felix. body core exercises plus machines. skipped the exercises for the legs after one series because they were still empty after todays orienteering training in the snow...

Friday Feb 23

did a nice morning run with felix. i really enjoyed. legs are still pretty heavy lets see how the intervals will go in the afternoon.

felix and i decided to cancel the intervals in leangen today because both of us didnt feel to good. instead we did an easy run down at the sea. i really liked it and i also felt better than in the morning!

tomorrow is an orienteering training. i will run that at full speed or at least i'll try to do so! ;)

running up to estenstadhytta. run was ok but didnt feel to good in the beginning. there was a lot of heavy wind and almost only ice on the streets! :X

what did i learn today?
i learned that running uphill on ice against some strong wind without spikes is really tough! :D

played soccer in dragvoll with the orienteering group. really a lot of fun today! :P

Wednesday Feb 21

ran up to dragvoll to do some strength training there. it's my last easy day and tomorrow i start with serious training again.

i just had to feeling to run a little bit faster up there and so i did it. was hard to run because of running against the wind and it is also really icy right now!

i did the same strength training than on monday.
first corebody exercises with the medcine ball and afterwards some exercises with machines for the big muscle groups.

running home again at a good pace but i felt much easier this direction altough it was after the strength training where i usually feel a bit tired. but i also had some wind from the back and its a lot of slight downhill running from dragvoll to moholt!

Tuesday Feb 20

was out with alban for an easy run. was great to see him running again as he was injured since i met him here in trondheim.
tomorrow one more easy day and then i'll start again with some serious training!

Monday Feb 19

running to dragvoll and back afterwards to do the strength training there.

did the usual strength training with the medcine ball and also added some exercises with machines for the squads, hamstrings, chest and the back! i'll try to do it like that now twice a week at least!
Running School / Jumping 20:00 [3]
jumps and running school as usual on mondays! ;)
