| did the longjog today on a great day here in trondheim. bluesky and the sun was shining. on half way i met junior and ran with him back home. route was flatrunden - estenstadhytta - jakobsli - "straight" home!
thats the first part. about 90 minutes running on little tracks and then some fields. the second part was on the road! |

| I started a new carrer as biathlete today! Was out for some shooting with Stian! Was really great fun and I enjoyed it! Some shooting some xc skiing. Changed always.
