wanted to do a longjog first but when i looked at the stuff i did this week i thought i had enough hours this week. i also felt crap yesterday so i did just a recreational jog.

i had surprisingly really good legs. was fun running!

tjo, what should i say. it looks like i had to pay today for all the stuff i did this week. a lot of "movement" not much sleep ...! i had absolutely no power left for my intervals. already the first km in 3:22 caused a lot of pain. so i changed the planned 5 x 1km with 1min rest to 2 x 1000m, 1' break, 500m. between the sets 3' break. the big break didnt help. i got slower and slower. was fucking hot and some wind.

the bad thing is i am completely empty the good thing is that it looks like the hiking stuff is some "quite good" training. so no reason to worry to lose the shape! ;)

had a pretty fast run today. legs felt good but it was some kind of hard to breath because of this allergic stuff i got from the lake here! :X
anyway, puls said it was intensity 2, feeling about 3 ... so i just gave it a 3! ;)

tried to push as hard as possible and i was really dead in the end but i couldnt get the heart rate over 185. looks like i am tired ... ;)
