Note
after being at the lan party i was also at a ball the last night. was really nice but it got late again. made it into bed at 4 and had to get up at 9 as we started our annual movie production! :)

i didnt have the time to go for the planed 2hrs longjog. ok, i could have done it in the evening between 6 and 8 but i was hungry so i ate and decided not to run today.

right now i also feel a bit sick ... i hope it will be ok by tomorrow. otherwise i will just take it easy the coming week.

i took it really easy in the beginning as i was tired the whole day but i started to feel better after a short while. i joined a lan party last night and made it into bed at 5:30 a.m.! :x

Friday Oct 26

warm up and cool down for both of the racers plus collecting controls afterwards!

sprint champs in hallein. first run. missed quite a lot. i guess its about 90s but i am too lazy to do an exact calculation now.
already missed the first one and never got into something i would call a flow. a lot of little stops and stuff :x

the 2nd run was far better than the first one. ran up from the 6th place to the 3rd and almost caught the 2nd runner after run 1. but i had too much to do to hunt him so i forgot to punch #10. realised it later on - ran back - punched it and continued...!
until control 9 it was a really good race. a lot of fastest splits!
