Running 1:56:00 [2] 19.78 km (5:52 / km) +645m 5:03 / km

longjog with wati and mani g! we took it quite easy and the weather was awful but all in all it was an ok run.

Running warm up/down 25:02 [2] 5.51 km (4:33 / km) +125m 4:05 / km

warm up and cool down for the tempo run.

Running tempo 47:19 [4] 13.26 km (3:34 / km) +85m 3:27 / km

tempo run - I planed 45 minutes.
The first 21 minutes were quite ok and I didnt really push too hard to make sure to have some energy left in the end but I got this pain on my rips again. So I had to stop. After some 5 minutes I started again. I was able to run 11 more minutes before the pain stopped me again. I waited about 3 minutes and wanted to finish the run but I had to stop once more before finishing the run.

It's really frustrating. I thought I got this sh§$ under control but I looks like I didnt! :(
And it also destroyed my training. I couldnt push and I had to wait all the time in between. Damn. I also ran in the dark - alone - thats never easy. That means I am once more really pissed! F*C* !!!!

wati catched me at home and we ran up to the steinwandl were we met elisa. ran together via the große plaike to the heimkehrerkreuz and took the lower gravel road back home.

nice run but i felt like crap. hamstrings are really tight and my breakfast wanted to leave my body via the throat! :x

Running 1:33:41 [3] 22.16 km (4:14 / km) +340m 3:56 / km

the goal for today was to run a bit faster as usual for 90 minutes. i think i did quite a good job. the first 40 minutes were a bit slow as I did almost all the climb here (270m).
but it was a really great run and i enjoyed the colours one can see during fall. my hamstrings are really tight now. :x
the last 35mins were quite painful!
The route was up the golf course then into the forest. i took the first gravel road to the left and ran down to the jagawiesn. from there to haslach and back to st. brigitta. home via the sawmill.

Running warm up/down 29:20 [2] 4.0 km (7:20 / km)

warm up and warm down and also the rest between the intervals. i did just a walking break.
the warm down consisted of 3 minutes lying on the ground 300m of jogging and the rest was walking! :P
i was a bit dead ^^

Running intervals 31:09 [5] 9.0 km (3:28 / km)

intervals on the track. everytime i do them i hate them more! :X
did 9 x 1000m with 1' rest between.

the times were:
3:24 3:24 3:25 3:22 3:31 3:29 3:32 3:36 3:26

rich told me to try to do them at 3:20 pace and that was also what i tried. after the 3rd one i wanted to get the times down but it only worked for one interval and i paid for it.
i did the intervals alone and did a maximum strength test for the legs before ... there was also some wind. number 1, 3, 5, 7 & 9 were "against" the wind. meaning i ran 3 straights against the wind and only 2 "with the wind".

ran up the henndorfer forrest to enjoy this nice fall day. felt really good. no traces of being sick...! i also took a map with me and learnt a course by heart - i think i should do this more often! :)
