ran to 3 eichen and then around the lake including the extension.
was the expected hard run as i was out the whole night and couldnt sleep really much because of a family affair....

anyway, rest week now! woohoo :D

w up and cool down for the o race. just a little sbg cup. almost no cool down. just a few meters.
Orienteering race 31:38 [4]4.6 km (6:53 / km) +240m 5:27 / km
pretty good race. had to bigger misses but they are not so big for me. loosing 2:30 - 3:00 on them. anyway, satisfied with this one. hope it will go on like this. won the race.

stoawandl with mani. a lot of snow left. pretty heavy one. was quite tough to get up there!

Wednesday Mar 26

ran with mani w and mani g up the henndorfer forest. a lot of snow up there and a lot of trees on the ground. we ran in the dark with a headlight. great atmosphere. i love it.

Tuesday Mar 25

Orienteering 55:27 [2]*** 5.4 km (10:16 / km) +220m 8:32 / km
o-training in partly knee deep snow. we got a lot of snow but the controls were already put out so we ran it. was really fun to run in a heavy snowfall and lightnings and thunder and stuff. ran with robi and mani g. great one. enjoyed it.

tried to run hard but i was just too tired after the last days. i was somehow surprised how well it went. couldnt get up the hr - ran the last 500 a bit faster then.
