| pretty good race. had to bigger misses but they are not so big for me. loosing 2:30 - 3:00 on them. anyway, satisfied with this one. hope it will go on like this. won the race. |

| o-training in partly knee deep snow. we got a lot of snow but the controls were already put out so we ran it. was really fun to run in a heavy snowfall and lightnings and thunder and stuff. ran with robi and mani g. great one. enjoyed it. |

| tried to run hard but i was just too tired after the last days. i was somehow surprised how well it went. couldnt get up the hr - ran the last 500 a bit faster then. |
