Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

15 warm up and 5 cool down. legs felt ok.

Running 37:34 [5] 10.0 km (3:45 / km) +20m 3:43 / km

10km fun run @ achensee. i was there to work for salomon and i had the possibility to take part. did a solid race and overtook #3 after about 8km. felt really comfortable and easy going and started to pick up the pace a bit. got problems with my rips again, wanted to push through the pain but it didnt work. had to walk quite a bit. lost about 70s there. after some walking i was able to breathe again and came in 4th. fuck :x

warm up cool down and the rest. we did 10 x 400m on the track with 60 - 70s break.

dont know what to say. i was really motivated for the ints but felt really strange already during the warm up. dont know whats wrong. running doesnt feel like a smooth movement these days. it was very hard mentally today as well and frustration is again coming up when i take a look at the times :(

fastish run ... whatever that means ... i just ran faster than i would do on an normal easy run. legs feeling much better. that doesnt mean they felt ok... but much better than yesterday. strange feeling somehow ... some kind of dull, lame ... dont know. strage. i guess they feel ok by tomorrow.

route: up the golf course into the forest. 2nd gravel road to the left and then directly up to the heimkehrerkreuz. continued to the große plaike, steinwandl and down as usual.

did 6 x 600m with 90s break with the guys on the track. we were 7 people - thats great!

my legs were really really sore. i guess from sunday. it almost couldnt feel it yesterday but looks like it came out today. had to fight for every meter and i am finally happy i did the 6 ints. on the other hand if i look at the times ... i think i should bury myself.
