Orienteering (turf) 2:18:43 [2] 8.79 km (15:47 / km) +65m 15:13 / km

To paraphrase Billy Connelly (who may have ripped it off from Ranulph Feinnes, who ripped it off from Alfred Wainwright) "There is no such thing as the wrong weather, merely the wrong shoes".

I would have needed a whole shoe shop for my session today, as a major thaw overnight left underfoot conditions a slippery mess of ice, snow and mud.

Repatriated Callendar Park from Oopadoopra, and extended it out to Bantaskine to take the only three neutral zones left south of the Carron. Moderately long walk back in, to find that BroonD&Tina were in full attack mode, and had taken the Helix & Kelpies, so I'm worse off for points that when I started. Taking them back will no doubt be tomorrow's task.
