Orienteering (turf) 31:16 [2] 2.2 km (14:13 / km) +20m 13:36 / km

Abortive attempt at Helix & Kelpies. Managed Middlefield down to the college, in the rain, which looked like staying on for a while.

By the time I got back to town, the sun was out; pah!

Orienteering (turf) 5:31:34 [2] 23.57 km (14:04 / km) +80m 13:50 / km

First session of the March round, and first day of the Scotland v Skane challenge, so felt that a fat one was called for.

Sharp out to Grahamston to get on the board at 11am. Ladysmill, Helix & Kelpies, full round of Grangemouth.

Return through Middlefield, then back to the H&K for a retake. Up the canal to Bankside, and home again via Ladysmill for a second time.

9 PM

Orienteering (turf) 36:34 [2] 2.67 km (13:42 / km) +10m 13:27 / km

Second effort, to pick up a few zones in town and Ladysmill (plus one new one). Skane getting crushed in the team competition, but then, the Scotland team is twice the size of the Skane one.
