orienteering race (Honokhati wre) 1:02:44 [4] *** 9.64 km (6:30 / km) +73m 6:16 / km
ahr:165 max:193 shoes: vj bold x

calf was not the best during the wu, but was ok during the race
good start than lot of uncertanity and walking in the green part with 3 smaler and one biger mistake. ~5 min lost there, bit to much, than okey ending
should have read the map better and use the compas more

was a bit tought but done it, my throat feelt a bit sore in the last days and not felt so good durnig the session eather, but was ok to do it, but felt weak

Run a longdistace from O ringen 2022.
Met with a litle snake during my way to the start so that’s also ruinwd my focus a litle bit during the training. The first part went okey accept the first control, totaly diferent mapping than in Nasten, much more thing is on the map. Suffering and jogging on the second part with lot of miss or uncertanity, i think i missed some control there as well. Defenetly need to work on longdistance.

wu 7x ~1km cd alone without controls
lot of mistake, some missed controls, still don't really understand this terain, some good part with good flow, where checked ewerithing, holded the maps with two hands, but cant really manage it with high speed. Running felt good until the second half of the 6th one, than I felt I am tired, and couldnt jump around that well. was fun, but long way to go

it is luxury to run a flagged out training in Nasten, it was super fun with huge mistakes :(( coridor, control picking, countors only
3 big miss, first I didn't see the control, got confused and looked around, and than find it. 2. and 3. in the countor part, where one place I didn't understand the map, and there was an extra control which confused me so spend some extra time there. Should use my compas a bit more, always need to folow ewery litle thing on the map and than be more confident nex time.
bit tired fisicly but my focus was on the technical part so idk. the bikeing to and back feelt good
