15wu+ 3x 8 min uphil treashold with 2 min jogg down rest+ cd
feelt suprisingly good, hr monitor was a bit wird but the aim was to not get super lot lactic acid, but still suffer a bit. Recovered well in the rests, got tired around 6 min

took a magnesium pill directly before the run, maybe it helped

tryed to have a loop, were the uphil is more devided during the run. Was a bit bad in the begining but from halfway it felt good

Plan was to only go for a hike, but I felt good so decide to run. Than I just couldn’t stop and had to go up for some nice tops:))
It was beautiful!! Loved it. Fun longrun. Felt good on the uphill got tired around 100min during the downhill.

fell a sleep around 4 for 1,5 hour. Was super tired after lunch. 5 hour gardening take all my energy or I don’t know whats happened but felt super tired, almost sick so give up after 1,5 km and walked back. Hopefully will feel better tomorrow

In Wien with Márks MTB. woww the best bike I ever ride! with spd:))
whent up for a hill and did some mtb loop there, it was super fun. Calfs and back goot overused during the weekend so needed some rest. It feels better now.

nor warmed up properly, knees and back felt wird on the way to the first control, than a mistake right there in the green, an other mis to the 3rd and than I give up and started to jogg. Pushed a litle bit again, on the second part but toke it easy.
Terrible orienteering while jogging, suffering from the green. Not a good experience, should have sleap more and be more serius
