had a headache during the day, and lot of disines, probably dehidrated from yesterday. It was okey during the rutine

long run with lot of stopping and wayting, beacause I runed from half way, with Klaras one, friend, but he took a lot of stop, so after some time I left him, than there was a lot of cows in my way so I had to go around in the wet forest. Got super hungry from the middle, and it was not really and enjoyable long run, but maybe it was good for the hip, that I took it easy

focus on lower back and hip, felt good

15min wu+ 20min uphill treshold (173-180bpm) +cd
was good, and controled, felt okey

strenght training 26:00 [3] ****

felt wore than yesterday, focus is stil on the hip, hip is sore after running

running intervals (double treshold #2) 53:21 [4] *** 9.81 km (5:26 / km) +229m 4:52 / km
ahr:157 max:182 shoes: Broks hiperion tempo

wu+ 5x 1 km/ 1 min jogg rest+cd around 3:37-3:50 but depended a bit on the traffic, because had to cross a bigger road
treshold pace again, around 177-182 bpm
did flat lops in a parking slot on asphalt, right knee didn’t liked it, the last one was the first one when I didn’t feel it. Run in the rain
my flat speed is quite terrible right now

easy longer run, down to the lake, a litle swim in the midle, miss calculated the distance, but didn't wanted to run more than 90 min so had to walk a bit after I finished. Hip, was okey but still a bit stiff we will se how it feels tomorow

wu+ 6,5,4,3,2 min treashold with 1 min jogg/walk down rest+ 2x 60,30, 15sec all out with 30mp rest+ long downhill cd
changed battery in the hr monitor only after the run, so no hr sadly, but felt okey for feeling, the sprints in the end felt suprisingly good, the longer uphills in the begining was defenetly tougher.
nice seasson, i liked it

bit to layt and bit tired, but got it done, right hipp is a bit to stiff

easy shake out on nice trails, uphill felt better than the downhill
