plan was 2 hour, but the loop was longer and super beautiful, and than got exited to run the 24 km for this year which I postponed in january.
right achiles was bit stiff during the day, but it was ok during the run, felt it a bit after the run. It was super fun, but after the run, I felt that myleg need recovery

wu+15x 2 min uphill with 1 min jogg down rest+cd
tried to push hard, but it was tricky to get the hr up, had to improvise with the rute in the last one due to thunder storm, and got a heavy rain on the way home. I think if i would run with someone, I could push harder,
some part I could run fast, but after 1 min the legs got tired, so than it was more just suffering, not the flying feeling

did1t done my rutine yesterday, so today it felt super easy, even with the side plank thing,
planed to go for a jogg but, the storm come and my legs (knees) probably deserv some rest

after a bit of hiking where my leg felt stiff and sore a bit, was scared and dosent fell ready for my chalange, but slowly started to get motivated during the warm up, and legs felt okey

started good but than around 600m I started to suffer, and felt my muscles are can't do this and I must to walk, there was alsoa bit tricky to find the way and was hard to push, from 600-800 was super steep and there I walked a bit so my hr went down, but from 800 I managed to push a bit more, and the last 50m was quite okey, I was tired in the end and it was super nice to finishe it, but I don't think I could give my all.
I was a bit carefull because I never did this before, and also caried some extra water and clothes with me, because the plan was to hike after, so yeah, not super ideal but hope it was an okey training. Hard to realy push to my limits alone

hiked for 4 hour, mostly of road, with some easyer downhill rockclimbing in the descent, not so smart to folow mountain goats path instead the normal one, bit sketchy, stupid me, but lesson learned, not ewerithing is climbable and better to not go alone. bit hungry and tired in the end

still a bit tired from yesterdays training

wu+ 4x4 min / 1,5 min 4x2min / 1 min 4x 1min /30sec /jogg down rest +cd
mostly on asphalt or gravel road, not super steep, Try to pus it more and more as the distance get shorter
The body felt super good after the rest day, no pain or any wird feelling.
The back got quite tired as offen from the uphill. Tried to push to z5 but the hr didn't wanted to go above 180bpm, but the intesity felt okey, after the last 1 min sprint I fellt I need to throw up
Good training in the rain:)
