Good sleep, feeling good today. Shin and groin both feel pretty good. Looking forward to a bit of faster running.
3 sets of 20 glute bridges on a step, gentle run down to the sports field. 2 sets of drills at the field and then the diagonals, enjoyed opening up a bit on the diagonals. Lovely to be running in blue skies and sunshine.
Rest of the day building a bookcase and then cycled back to frenchfields to pace a friend on his 5k challenge. Good fun.
