great nights sleep, feel good this morning.

Pleased that have no aches and pains after yestrerdays faster run.

Headed out after breakfast for my run, had to change plans as the road was flooded, its so wet around the Lakes at the minute. Nice run though, still raining and very wet under foot, but enjoyed it and legs felt good.

Reasonable night sleep and all good this morning. No aches and pains from the strength work.

Spent the morning doing more DIY and the afternoon on a zoom lesson. Met a friend at 5 to go running.

Weather was proper grim, wet and windy. Did one set of drills warm up and then moderate paced run on pretty flat trails. It was an out and back, and the way out was into a horrible headwind so didn’t really look at the pace but enjoyed trying a bit harder. Nice when we turned back with a tail wind to flow along the trail a bit. Towards the end the groin felt a little bit fatigued, nothing terrible, but decided not to do the strides and just stuck with the moderate pace.

It felt great to be actually running, despite the weather, was loving it.

Good sleep, feeling good today. Shin and groin both feel pretty good. Looking forward to a bit of faster running.

3 sets of 20 glute bridges on a step, gentle run down to the sports field. 2 sets of drills at the field and then the diagonals, enjoyed opening up a bit on the diagonals. Lovely to be running in blue skies and sunshine.

Rest of the day building a bookcase and then cycled back to frenchfields to pace a friend on his 5k challenge. Good fun.

Good sleep, woke up feeling good. Nice hike with Chrissy and the dog this morning up a local fell.

Afternoon popped out for a couple of leisurely hours on the gravel bike. Very leisurely. Legs were fairly tired but feeling fine.
