4 boat pose - hard, did 2 * 30 s
mob 1 figure 4 stretch - 2 * 30 s, lower leg up, love it, easy
mob 2 split stretch - 2 * 30 s tight. Execution: arms down, not forward. Toes up, flexed? Foot of base leg stays behind knee, not inward?
mob 3 piriformis release - 1 * don’t know how many, maybe 8 or so? This was the first time for this excercise, so it was more of a discovery. Left: felt something under in my bum and a bit in the side hip. Interesting! Want to explore more.
