Live workout 3 Knee pain on the level changes (right side mostly, sort of on the outer edge of the knee cap). Remember pretzel and level changes for other occasions. Lunges and squats were okay.

Prerecorded workout 4 just 'cause I enjoyed it so much on friday. Was still feeling the glutes. After this workout, they hurt. :) Still have to dance straight after... (did stretching after dance class). First time not falling to the floor with the push ups without push up... YAAAAY!
