Rest day - considering getting out on Monday to rip the course but don't want to risk it at the same time. Getting a bit stir crazy but whatever the tendon is that attaches from sit bone down hamstring is still so tight.
Starting to feel like my normal self again. Foam rolling is worth it. Next week is back to the grind. This weekend I might do the Hoot race at 50% capacity, at least tour the course and make an appearance, plus post my slow time so people who are annoyed that I was fast are happy again.
Achilles was dull ache at around 4 miles. Changed stride to a heel strike and it felt okay for the last mile. Wouldn't mind opening up the throttle a bit.
Short n' slow running the whole time until the last mile had to walk a bit because the other ankle had a sharp pain. KT tape on ankle. Everything is kind of adjusting itself so sore hip, hamstring blah blah blah.
Injury is over. Now I gotta slowly get back up to snuff.
