Lunch run w Eric in GB park. Felt super good aside from my foot bones and ankles are hurting, I know it's because I love to smash the downhills in those Hoot races but then the impact causes some damage. Hamstrings and glutes are at around 75%, still have 25% healing to go until they are at 100%.
Feeling a hankering to go on a long adventure run these days. Maybe I will have to go find something.
