Road/Trail mixed run w J. Fun and felt great, even has a little sprint at the end.

Felt like a long run but cut it short because I'm just sore. Hoping to go into Trowbridge and poke around on a long slow run Saturday.

Lunch run w Eric in GB park. Felt super good aside from my foot bones and ankles are hurting, I know it's because I love to smash the downhills in those Hoot races but then the impact causes some damage. Hamstrings and glutes are at around 75%, still have 25% healing to go until they are at 100%.

Feeling a hankering to go on a long adventure run these days. Maybe I will have to go find something.

Some slow road miles for the old creaky body. Joints hurt, feet bones hurt but not as bad as the last race.
