Saturday Mar 27 #

Run 1:28:20 [2] 7.0 mi (12:37 / mi) +1336ft 10:41 / mi

First time running at Coppin Road entrance to Nor'westers! Pretty fun, slow and hilly

Friday Mar 26 #

Note
(rest day)

Ended up just working through my running times.

Thursday Mar 25 #

Run 59:09 [3] 11.09 km (5:20 / km)

Slowish run w a friend. Sprinted up Van Norman at the end to take the Crown on the segment for the second time this week...getting obsessed with segments.

5:58/mile uphill max speed

Wednesday Mar 24 #

Note
(rest day)

Ended up working through dinner and into the night. Joy of all joys

Tuesday Mar 23 #

Run 48:59 [5] 10.2 km (4:48 / km)

15 min wu -> 18 min 2:30 -> 30 second surge. 15 min cd

PR 5k, 2 mile, 1 mile, 1km (again!). 2nd, 3rd and 6th surge were best, the other ones lost mental focus....funny how slow you go when you aren't focused.

Of all the workouts I've done so far....the 2 minute intervals were the worst. This was not as bad.

Monday Mar 22 #

Run 58:41 [3] 9.8 km (5:59 / km)

Icy trails in George Burke. Finish with a segment sprint and got first place with a pace of 2:33/km.

I CAN RUN 2:33/KM WHAT THE &!@$*^$

I am the slow middle aged ex-smoker guy that runs a 10 hour 50km. What is happening? I'm going through chaaaaaaanges.
