Nice hike with David up Mt. Van Hoevenberg. Alternate downpours and sunshine but fortunately clear skies and nobody else at the summit for a great view. Total climb 945'.

Easy jog from H's Wds over to H Hill and back. Wet but cool, so added extra loop up Rocky Knob on return. Total climb 1322'.

Mountain Biking 1:30:00 [0]

Craigwood. 1st time on MTB since last afib episode so focus was avoiding spikes in HR. Between trail improvements, using higher gear and walking up 2 grades was able to keep HR down and have a very enjoyable ride. Total climb 932' - never thought it was nearly this much. Av HR 115 so well under control.

H's Wds. 60' loop; 57:58, aHR 138. Pleased to see total time less than last outing but aHR the same, especially as today was one of our hottest so far this year and I ran mid-afternoon. Good heat acclimatization training.
