Run on White Rd. 5 min wu/cd, 2 min run/2 min walk x4. This was a tough run. I was tired after working in the barn and had to convince myself to go, but glad I did. Some tightness during run in lower calves. L foot still bothering me throughout the day although not as bad as before.

Walk from cabin to barn w/ Maple. It was a slow sniff walk, but heart rate still in Zone 2. Since being pregnant I have noticed my walking HR is higher than usual.

Run on White Rd. 5 min wu/cd, 2 min run/2 min walk x4. Wore Adrenalines and they are just so stiff and uncomfortable - I am going to return them and get new Ghosts. A bit tough after 2 weeks of not running and being sick, but felt good to be out running again.
