Run on Voorhees Rd. 5 min wu/cd, 2 min run/2 min walk x4. Wore new Ghosts for first time. Much softer and more comfy than the Adrenalines, but my lower calves were definitely more stressed and felt moderately tight for most of the run. Maybe try superfeet insoles next time? Run felt hard, esp. last run segment where I went up the steep hill.
