Tried to make sure i had a good night sleep. Swapped rest day to tuesday as by the time we got off the phone and id made dinner it was too late to go out and get back for an early night. I thought itd be better to get up early and do it before theatre.
Got up at 0515. Went straight out for run. Legs feeling a lot better. Thigh pain largely gone, now just a bit of ache in the left hamstring. Id say 60% improvement on the previous run.
Nothing much else to report.
Had smoothie as soon as i got home and porridge at work
Been pretty tired all day. Trying to cut out caffeine so was probably just withdrawing from that a bit.
