got back from airport around 1500. Had a good sleep on the plane so energy levels were pretty good. Legs felt quite fresh.

good session, felt pretty strong throughout with the exception of right calf raises . bit difficult due to pain i ankle. added some abductor exercises as well.

slept ok, felt pretty fresh when i woke up. skied in the morning and legs felt a lot fresher. ankle feeling a lot better. ran to and from gym. legs felt quite tired on the run. total cals 3670

sleeping better but was pretty tired when i woke up. snoozed and didn't get up until after 8. legs felt pretty tired during the run, especially on the uphills. took it pretty easy. couple of hours skiing in the afternoon, and chilled evening. total cals 3555

find side planks and thread the needles diffficult. core still weak. rows felt good and used 20 for renegade and 16 for eurasian. angels and devils hard - used 3 kg for angels and 1kg for devils. cobra push-ups were fine working towards harder variant. devil press difficult with 16kg

been feeling pretty good all day. energy levels fine. spend a couple ofn hours skiing in the morning. not very strenuous. ankle fine when skiing. no pain at all, however as soon as i started running it was definitely dry painful. posterior medial mostly was running with a bit of a limp until it loosened up and was ok after that. ran to gym for core and upper body. run back was fine total cals 3950

slept a bit better. got up a bit earlier and went out before breakfast. found some nice trails with some elevation nearby. legs felt very good. able to keep a nice easy pace
. lots of switchbacks so incline was never too severe. quite footy in bit. annoying lost footing on a loose rock and hyper plantar flexed my ankle. now painful posteriorly. no achilles pain just a slightly unusual ankle sprain. mild and was able to run without too much issue. was fine during the day skiing. total cals so far 2750

had a pretty chilled day. very gentle first day back skiing. definitely didn't overdo it. wanted to get out in the morning but decided to sleep in as didn't sleep very well as room was very hot. didn't feel too tired during the day. legs felt pretty good on the run, found some trails near the hotel. couple of inclines and legs felt quite strong. pizza for dinner total cals 3220
