Leg strenght session 1. Calfs still stiff from the moderate hilly run on sunday.

Drills + Easy 60'

Felt slow and sluggish today - and calfs still pretty stiff. So skipped the strides today. Probably a combination of being tired (late flight back yesterday - less sleep than normal) and stiffness from the moderate, hilly run. Expect to be back to normal tomorrow. Apart from that, all felt fine. No pains or niggles. And no more hilly weekends planned for a long time, so back to the speedy, flat sessions and full focus towards Seville (and the Northumberland race). Just need to get this work week/weekend done and the routine is back to normal.
