Another good night sleep but woke up feeling a bit under the weather.

Legs pretty dead. Drills + easy inc a few strides. None of the particularly good... No pains or niggles.

Easy run with Laura, inc 5 strides. Felt ok, but lacking that last spring. No pains or niggles.

Slept well but felt tired and a bit off.

The faster intervals felt way harder than they should. Avg 3:15 pace was slower than I would expect doing short 60sec intervals. But going any further would have meant not sticking to the planned effort level. Anyway - it is what it is, hopefully just a bit of fatigue and I'll be good on sunday. No pains or niggles at least.

Very good night sleep. Still felt a bit tired.

On the treadmill. Started off easier than normal as I felt a bit tried. And it took some time to get into a good rhythm. But once there, I felt really good. Body woke up and the last half was actually ok. Don't really enjoy doing the moderate steady runs on a treadmill - a bit boring. But you got to do what you got to do :) Better than on the ice outside anyway.... No pains or niggles.

Icy as f... in Oslo meant running indoors. Luckily I could get to the indoor running track at Bislett to avoid all runs these three days beeing on the treadmill. Felt good, nice and easy and no issues. Strides felt fast!

That was a good run! Really enjoyed it and felt fab. Couldn't feel yesterdays long run at all really. And no pains or niggles. great last run in Spain this time.

A bit tricky to find a good undulating trail loop, so it ended up being a bit of a mix. Some tarmac, some very flat trails/gravel roads and finally some single track undulating trails. All in all a good run, but did feel a bit tired. First 10k was a bit of a struggle (despite being flat and easy), but body finally woke up and the last 20-25 were ok. No pains or niggles though.
