Event: West Point A-Meet
 
Run warm up/down 15:00 [2]
shoes: Jalas
Wamup, including hills, to the start at West Point. Good warmup.
Orienteering race 48:00 5.1 km (9:25 / km) +190m 7:56 / km
shoes: Jalas
West Point blue middle.

A great run and then a disaster.

Friday May 2

Upper body.
Bike 30:00 [2]
Easy 30 minutes on the new bike.

Thursday May 1

TNT. Kolya's first Thursday.

Back to regular strength, with Tom, Sandy, and Eric there, too.

I ran solo because I wanted a little more distance, faster. Went to the park office area and back.

TNT. Good workout, but we lost Kolya. He was found, eventually.

Also, my left foot (big toe joint) showed noticeable discomfort starting the downhills. Hurt a bit yesterday. First noticed this after the Long O.

Ran with Kolya over to the track and back. Great evening for running.

He did a couple of 200 meter stretches fast and I tagged along.
