I have been co-meet director of 3 or 4 A-meets. Everyone makes a big deal out of it. But it is really easy with good planning and starting early. The same should be true of the WOC. One needs to have a time line that starts very early. The more in advance that things are set up and the more redundant is built into the system, the fewer problems there are.
