Running 21:39 [3] 3.98 km (5:26 / km) +38m 5:12 / km
shoes: Hoka Tecton X2 M10

Down from Eagle Hill near Sibbald Trail Meadows. Pretty fun crossing the little streams on double-track

Running 1:24:00 [3] 5.2 km (16:09 / km) +411m 11:35 / km
shoes: Hoka Tecton X2 M10

Seventy Buck hill scramble was ok though lots of bushwacking. The trail past the top was totally obliterated by logging and took forever to get down to the double-track.

shoes: Hoka Clifton 9 9.5W2E

Hiking 1:53:31 [3] 4.52 km (25:07 / km) +706m 14:06 / km
shoes: Hoka Tecton X2 M10

Trying to get some practice in for the Mini-taur since I thought the grade is similar to the lower part of Heart Mountain, but really too rough to get much faster than a speed hike. Will have to try Ha-ling next.

Update: from today's strava, I see that heart mountain is only half the distance of the Mini-taur and Heart Mtn avg grade is 32% vs 20% for mini-taur. Ha! I was getting a little worried.

Orienteering (control setting) 1:00:00 [2] 2.0 km (30:00 / km)

Riley Park Farsta seemed to go really well. Even with 42 people doing the mass start I should have had fewer forkings and a bit more head to head especially by not forking the last few controls. Adding in all the beginners and SOGO though it was a huge turnout and seemed to be fun. Meos handled the forkings well but didn't recognize the course from the course pool for about 10% which was a pain with such a big line to hand in siacs. MIght be because I marked a few controls as optional due to last minute construction.

Running 24:25 [3] 4.26 km (5:44 / km) +25m 5:34 / km

Cycling 45:00 [3] 10.0 km (4:30 / km) +100m 4:17 / km

Printing maps at Staples cuz the club printer ran out of toner. The 36 page farsta pdf took forever to process lol
