Got out of a three and a half interview with a background police officer for the potential 911 dispatcher job. Don’t have time to run today but will definitely run tomorrow :)

Didn’t have long work today so was able to get a workout in tonight!

Deadlifts (5x8) 150 pounds
Sit-ups (5x10)
1950m on the Rower
4x400m sprints ( 1:15-1:30 each) (coach had stop watch since my watch died)
Kettlebell Swings(5x10) (26 pounds)

Back into workout tomorrow morning at 6am! :’)
