I was supposed to do an easy run in the afternoon, but instead spent 8 hours walking in the Cairngorms, so decided to not do anything.

Scottish Championships - M21
Very lovely area. Going only at zone 4, to actually give me a chance of finishing the course. Good navigation for the most part, in control for pretty much all the course. Some mistakes towards the end, caused by tiredness I think, but just need to focus on being able to make safer choices when tired.

I need to work on keeping the bearings a bit straiter and, trusting I am on the bearing more.

Overall a reakky nice way ti soend my 18th birthday.

Orienteering at Hogs Earth.

Trying to keep the heart rate in threshold, so not running all out. Good navigation although a little stop and start. Mostly good control, but it is a relatively easy area.

Was planning on doing strength this morning but decided I should miss it as feeling a bit too tired.

Was supposed to be 80 minutes, but took the wrong path down.
Uphill hike included ~1km with 400m. Somehow found myself listening to harry styles.

Felt the edge of the calf right at the end which was a bit annoying
