Strength

Ankle movements x15 (x2) Each way
Calf Raises x15 (x4)
Leg pull ins x15 (x2)
Squats x15 (x4)
Split Squat x12 (x2)

Bench Press x12 (x4)

Easy week this week but still keeping the strength up. Right Knee felt a little painful when squatting, could be the weight but maybe best to keep at a lower weight for now.

45 minutes easy.
Had to extend the 45 minute loop as it isn’t 45 minutes anymore.
Still a bit off on heart rate vs intensity just doesn’t feel right at the moment. Maybe need to get the zones tested after summer

Foot Flexions x15 (x4)
SL Glute Bridge (Foam Roller) AKA stringing out the hamstrings 30s (x4)
Calf Raise x15 (x4)
Bulgarian Split Squats x12 (x4)

Bench Press x12 (x4)
Curl x20 - very light dumbbells so won’t have done much (5kg)

Had to skip the second back of leg muscles ( can’t remember what it’s called, incudes glutes hamstrings, calves, begins with i I think) as hamstrings dead after the first one. Even lifting my foot up was a struggle after.
