Lovely start and end again, not so lovely spending far too long battling brambles in the open :(

Middle training

Started and finished well, had a bit of a wobbly middle section making the exact same mistake to a couple of controls. Getting the the edge of the circle absolutely fine and then just not reading the circle led to a couple of minutes wandering.

Sprint training

One of the few sprint courses i have actually thoroughly enjoyed. Individual course (gaffled) with short start intervals and then a mini course on a mass start. Pretty happy with rc all round apart from not seeing the last control, though in fairness the pink line did go pretty much directly to the finish...

Pre-JWOC training 1 - 5x 1km loops

Focusing on getting the first controls right.
Started pretty cautious and went well, but first two loops went downhill very quickly. Then something clicked before the third loop and smooth for the last three.

Training #2- relay sim

Starting close together for a few gaffled controls and then re-grouping to go again.
A couple of overshoots but generally pretty good and gorgeous forests.
