Longer easy with Máté in the city. 14km was the plan for me but I had a little stomachache and needed to shit meanwhile so I cut down on it. I wanted to keep my HR below 155 which I could achieve, but it was a struggling for my body anyway.

Regional middle champs. 1:50 from Máté not that bad. It was a really okay course on this terrain, rather interesting and I was able to do mistakes on it. Unfortunately a bigger mistake in the end, 55sec, at control 13 out of 16 I was just 30sec behind Máté. Promising results. At the half of the course it started raining cats and dogs so we were struggling from that point.

Sprint course at Komló. The terrain and tha environment were harsh as hell. Killing climbs, mud on the streets, strange people everywhere, and a dog that tried to eat me. I was disgustingly tired but I tried to push it until the end. When I arrived at the finish I was just glad that I survived it. +42sec from Máté.
