Long run in the city with Ármin and Máté. Feeling better physically, and in my body. The heat and humidity still torturing us harshly but it was quite okay.

It was horrible since the beginning. My ankle was taped and I twisted it 1minute into the course, I thought about giving it up there but I continued, 4 bad steps during the ran after that. The forest just threw me around, I had no confidence neither power, I felt sick and everything, I gave up after control 9 finally

First mass start. It was okay in the beginning but I felt that I'm just soooo weak Ármin was much stronger. I could keep him behind but we disquedthe 4th point. Not a great course.

Again just soo tired, from halfway I let Ármin ahead but he started doing mistakes then on control 6 I had a major error more than two minutes, after that I jogged the rest.

Our last course was the combination of the first and second unbelievable. We ran it backwards but it didn't help. Anyway Ármin was just stronger, my body didn't work today, my legs were fatigued I don't know what happened but this is not good for my confidence right now and I'm a little scared as well.
