Running (SWJOS Track Session) 17:15 [3] 3.23 km (5:20 / km)

Blown out of the Forest of Dean, so had a track session instead. This is a mix of us practising our training paces for warm ups, threshold runs and intervals. Also a cool down on the end.

3km time trial in the windiest conditions ever! Everyone just about got around without getting blown away until about 30 sheets of Dave's notes got blown across the site, it made a fun training exercise to try and find them

Great to see everyone this weekend, I had 2 mistakes on the run which cost me some time, but learnt lots and throughly enjoyed the weekend :)
