Biking warm up/down (Stationary Bike) 10:00 
Stationary bike warm-up prior to the workout...stayed at level 11 and got in 3.61 miles and 130 calories. After the bike, did some additional stretches and olympic lifts (light) for warm-ups, but didn't include this 10-15 minutes in my logged time.

Overall, about what I expected...absolutely feel awful...the deadlifts and hang cleans weren't so bad, generally could string together the reps just fine...but front squats and push presses were pretty crappy...as were transitions. Haven't done a metcon workout in a while, so should probably be adding more of these in between now and April.
