Just reworking myself back into running...first decent night's sleep last night in the past week

Added after the end of the run...went to Arvin gym and did 3 x 10 pull-ups, 3 x 12 dips, 3 x 10 pull-ups, 20-15-10-5 inverted Bosu ball push-ups, and 3 x 8 pull-ups

First run in almost two weeks...first real workout this week...more of a guilt run...hard to squeeze in workouts as a Team Leader during Reorgy Week

10 pull-ups a minute for 4 minutes, followed by 4 x 5 slow dips with no rest in between (just got down and got back on the parallel bars)...tacked on this at the end of my run
