Nighttime run that included the 1/1 Trail behind the MP Station (uphill for one mile), which was kind of touch and go in the dark, but I never broke my jogging gait the entire trail, which was good for me...otherwise, this is quite possibly the slowest run I've done in a long time, I just wanted to put some time in
