Travel day coming back to West Point.

My 2 hour flight back turned into 2 hour, 45 minute flight after La Guardia had us in a holding pattern due to air traffic.

My 1 hour, 45 minute bus ride from the airport to West Point turned into a 3 hour, 15 minute ride due to ground traffic.

Got back and discovered that I have a 10 page paper due Wednesday.

All of the above are my excuses for not working out today after my rest day yesterday.

Upper body lift...10 exercises focusing on back, biceps, abs, and overall joint strenghthening lifts...didn't lift like I'm used to -- instead of what I normally do (supersetting everything), I used straight sets while watching a movie in our home gym.

Yes, this helped get rid of my Thanksgiving binge-eating guilt.

I flew home for Thanksgiving Leave today, and, in order to see some of my friends, I ended up playing an indoor soccer game once I got back tonight. I didn't play much, only about 8 minutes in the first half and about 7:30 in the second -- thanks to our coach...but we won and whatnot, so it's all good. At least my short playing times made for decent interval workouts.

I'm still not used to throwing my extra weight around yet -- my running has definitely taken a dive.
