Upper body lift...13 exercises focusing on back, biceps, forearms, and abs...also did 3 x 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing with 2 lbs. weights (1 minute of rest in between)

Don't worry sir, I'll get to running once my new pair of shoes gets here. Also, there's some pretty good/rugged trails about 1.5 hours away from here that I'll head to a couple days once CPRC isn't sucking away my mid-day time.

Upper body lift at the Rec Center in between school visits for CPRC...was able to get about 14 exercises in focusing on chest, shoulders, triceps, and abs

Left today for CPRC and Spring Leave...got in a really quick workout during my off hour before I had to leave, was really intense -- about 8 different lifts (each a full 3 sets of 8-12 reps) with very little rest
