Morning hill workout for the CZCP-ers...ran hill repeats from South Dock (train station area) to Thayer...each leg was about 0.16 miles...in between each repeat I did 20 air squats

Cardio lab for PE350 that my group administered...we did a comprehensive warm-up and post-workout stretching session in addition to the workout, so the total time was about 40-45 minutes...I took the fast ability group for the running, and we did a fartlek style run, with varied intervals ranging from 30 sec. to 1.5 min. hard and anywhere from 30 sec. to 2 min. rest interval.
The time posted does include a four minute cool-down jog
