LTP Leader Challenge...ruck ran for about 2/3 of the total course -- we switched out many times but I had a ruck for the majority...For the first 7 miles carried the tribute rock, a good 30 lbs. For the rest carried a ~25 lbs. packing list...this challenge included a few surprise stations, a mile long litter carry, and a swim
